Meet Fauja Singh – AKA the Turbanned Torpedo. Singh took up running over 11 years ago at the age of 89, after the death of his wife and son. Now he's the world's oldest marathon runner at 101. He says he's fuelled by dhal lentils, cauliflower, bread and tea (he avoids milk).
Singh, a Sikh from the UK, is planning to continue running competitive marathons and giving any proceeds to charity.
