"Inspiring", "shocking", "the first site I go to every day". Tens of thousands of people have visited the beta Avaaz Daily Briefing over the last few months and given it a thumbs-up – and we hadn't even launched it!

So we've made the decision to go ahead and develop a revolutionary new briefing site, as an overwhelming number of Avaaz members have requested. Over the coming weeks we'll be tweaking and polishing and getting ready to launch Avaaz Daily Briefing.

If you're already a regular user, please be patient as we work to get this product right. You can still read, comment and take action on the posts and videos on the site.

There are stories of drama, anguish, hope and injustice – and, with many of them, a chance to take action and work together to get change. In Hot Videos you can see some of the inspiring and sometimes hilarious things people are doing to close the gap between the world we have and the world most people everywhere want.
